Prince Andrew giving evidence in Giuffre s@x abuse case in next month: Britain’s Prince Andrew will give evidence next month in the s@x abuse lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre, A source close to the prince said on Saturday.

The Duke of York, who denies accusations that he was S@xually abused by Giuffre two decades ago and when she was just 17, will speak under oath in London, the Daily Telegraph newspaper reported.

Giuffre:

“We will agree to voluntarily produce the Duke. A deposition on (March,10). Despite repeated requests, Ms. Giuffre still hasn’t committed to a date or location for her deposition.”

Giuffre, 38, sued Andrew last August, alleging he beat up her while the late financier and convicted s@x offender Jeffrey Epstein was trafficking her.

In a filing with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Andrew 61 was admitted meeting Epstein in or around (1999) but denied Giuffre’s allegation that he “committed s@xu@l ass@ult and battery” upon her.

Andrew’s:

Andrew’s ties to Epstein, who killed himself in 2019 in a Manhattan jail cell. While awaiting trial on s@x @buse charges, have undermined his reputation with the public and standing in Britain’s Royal Family.

A month ago, the family removed Andrew’s military links and military patronages, and said the 2nd son of Queen Elizabeth would no longer be known as “His Royal Highness.”

The prince’s lawyers before called Giuffre’s lawsuit “baseless” and accused her and look of another payday.

Settlement:

Giuffre received roundabout ($500,000) 2009 in a civil settlement with Epstein.

U.S. District Judge (Lewis Kaplan) has said a trial could begin in the middle of September and December 2022.

If Giuffre won the trial, Andrew could owe her damages. She has asked for an uncertain amount.

Andrew hasn’t in criminally charged. And no criminal charge can be against in Giuffre’s civil lawsuit.
